Adopt a skylark through Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and help our wild creatures thrive!

Skylark populations halved in the 1990s and are still declining, with the bird red listed as endangered. We protect a number of nature reserves that have habitats ideal for skylarks and work with local landowners and farmers to establish good practice ways of working that allow skylarks to thrive. The money raised from your adoption will go towards the costs of carrying out this work, directly contributing to the survival of this endangered species so that populations can continue to grow.

Digital adoptions mean no packaging, minimal carbon footprint and maximum support for your adopted animal and our work.

Adoptees receive:

• an adoption certificate
• a welcome letter from us
• a Create Your Own Nature Reserve Game for our younger adoptees
• a thank you message with a note to the recipient from you
• A hi-res image of a skylark in Worcestershire to use as a screensaver

Plus, throughout the year, we'll send 2 updates to the recipient with facts, news and updates about skylarks and the Trust.

To order:

2. Enter the name of the recipient and their email address
3. Select the date you would like the gift to be sent out (please note, it is not always possible to send these over weekends or bank holidays, so please order in good time)
4. Pop your personal message to the recipient in the box

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is entitled to reclaim the tax made on gifts by UK tax payers. This means that if you are a UK tax payer, your donation can increase by 25% - at no extra cost to you. If you choose to gift aid your donation, please remember that you need to have paid an amount of UK Income and/or Capital Gains tax in any tax year at least equal to the amount claimed by all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs you donate to, (currently 25p per £1 donated). If this will not be the case or you cease to be a taxpayer, please let us know. Also, if you pay less income tax and/or capital gains tax in the current year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
